In 2024, the Planning & Zoning Commission began a review of the proposed Zoning Ordinance Modification. During the February 2025 meeting, Planning & Zoning decided to postpone amending this proposal. That review is now largely complete, and the draft Comprehensive Plan has been tabled until the Zoning Ordinance Modification is also amended. Both documents will be adopted early next year, in the same meeting. The next several meetings of Planning & Zoning will review the Zoning Ordinance Modification.
