Comprehensive Plan

During the August 5, 2025 meeting of the Planning & Zoning Commission, it was agreed to share the most recent draft of the Comprehensive Plan online. The Plan has not been adopted by Planning & Zoning and has not been implemented – it is the intention of the Commission to adopt a final Comprehensive Plan and the Zoning Ordinance Modification in the same meeting in 2026.

June 2025 Comprehensive Plan Draft

The 2024 draft Comprehensive Plan produced by PGAV Planners and the steering committee for the City of Cole Camp can be downloaded here.

Planning & Zoning was tasked with reviewing the steering committee draft linked above. In this process, we solicited public input over several months to create a document that best fits Cole Camp. Our meeting notices included the sections we intended to review in each meeting, so that residents, landowners and business owners could get involved.
